Each keychain is custom made in Australia with care, helping us deliver your order faster without the long wait times often associated with personalised products. From the moment you upload your photo to the moment your order arrives, we want the experience to feel easy, personal, and thoughtful.

How soon will it be ready?
Every Furever Charm is custom made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for yours to be made before it ships - we'll always get it to you as quickly as we can. Need it sooner? We also offer a priority service to jump the queue and have your Furever Charm made within 2 business days.
How long will it take to arrive?
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.
Standard shipping is $9.95 - free on orders over $75 - and generally takes 2-6 business days.
Express shipping is $14.95 and generally takes 1-3 business days.
What photo should I send?
For best results, please upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. Avoid blurry, dark, distant, or heavily cropped images. If there are any issues with your photo, we will contact you before engraving, so don't stress!
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes! Your fur baby’s name will be engraved on the back of all Furever Charms, and also on the front under their face for the heart and dog-tag keychains.
